- General Warranty: 3 years on most components. Some high-use items like control panels, valves, and other accessories are covered for only 1 year.
- Lifetime Coverage: Cast stainless steel burners, grates, and certain insert assemblies.
- Exclusions: Damage from rust, corrosion, overheating, or lack of maintenance. Warranties are void for commercial or rental applications.
- Additional Notes: Accessories and covers may not be included. Labor and shipping costs for warranty claims are the owner’s responsibility.
