Great company. We worked with Kevin Knott, he made the process sound easy. It was with a talented team behind him. Tori Pool, their scheduling person, kept us informed. We we’re excited every day of the build to see what else they would do. They use an app to keep their clients informed and it is absolutely fabulous. Would I’ve done something different? Yes, I would. Kevin made some suggestions that we turned down and looking back I would’ve said yes. We made one change order because of Kevin’s vision and we are so happy we did. So, my advice to you would be:
listen to your designer. You hire them for a reason.
We love our pool, pergola and travertine deck.

We just had our second pool built by Sunset and it was another wonderful experience, from design through to completion. Kirstie is so creative with the design, working with the space you have, using computer graphics to show exactly what is possible. Robin and Tori were wonderful to work with, keeping us updated with the schedule and responding to all questions quickly. Ricky was awesome as our project manager, extremely knowledgeable, on site often, patiently answering our questions, and making sure the project moved along. The subcontractors they used were all excellent and professional. Also included is pool school led by 2 very smart and very patient people. Honestly deserved a 5 star rating!

I couldn’t be more happy with our decision to go with Sunset pools. They are straight shooters that stand by their promises. They aren’t the cheapest but in my opinion a better long term value than other companies my neighbors and friends had used the same summer. Our Project manager was a pleasure to work with and made the installation process as painless as possible and never over promised… I highly recommend requesting Filepe as your project manager as he was our main contact from dig day to completion and was a pleasure to work with.

As for the POOL itself Gorgeous! We also added an outdoor kitchen, fireplace and expanded our pack pation with a pergula with Polytop to keep out rain.

Our pool experience with Sunset Pools was fantastic! Taylor did a wonderful job of listening to our wish list and bringing the vision to life with a beautiful design. She also did a great job in guiding us through the selection process. She has been around the pool industry her whole life and it shows. Felipe was our project manager and he did a great job with all of the trades and making sure that our project was moving along as scheduled. He was very honest with us when communicating all of the details. Sunset Pools has some very long tenured trades that do quality work and it shows. We have been using our pool for almost a year now and we haven’t had a single problem. Our family is loving having such a wonderful pool.

Our experience with Sunset was flawless! The design exceeded our expectations, especially with our irregular shaped lot. Adam and Sonia were so easy to work with as their attention to detail and prompt communication made us feel like we were the only clients! We are extremely happy with our Sunset Pool. The icing on the cake was the purchase of our outdoor furniture. The Ledge Lounger product is great quality and very reasonably priced. Sonia created several great design options for our space. Her attention to detail here was also impeccable as she even sent furniture samples to our home allowing us to make confident final decisions.
