The design team, the office staff, the project management team, and the various subcontractor crews were all the best at what they do. Every construction project has challenges and the true test of a builder is how they deal with those challenges. Sunset was extremely responsive and really exceled at making sure all our concerns were fully addressed from the beginning of the project all the way through the startup of our pool. During the design they listened to our desires, no matter how bizarre (pool chiller, bar stools built-in to the spa, heaters in the covered patio, etc.), and incorporated every single one of them into an amazing design. During the construction process we received daily updates on all the upcoming construction activities and our project manager did a phenomenal job of making sure the finished product matched the design perfectly. Great pool! Owner is knowledgeable and has great designs. Gave 4 out of 5 because no project is perfect, but they have followed through on the few workmanship warranty issues created by their sub-contractors. I believe they have better subs now. We are very pleased overall and will be happy that we purchased a Sunset pool. UPDATE AFTER ONE YEAR: The after the sale service has been FANTASTIC! Warranty issues have been superb!

All our questions and concerns were answered immediately, and everyone made us and our kids feel at home anytime we came by. Our lot is not very big and there were two trees we wanted to preserve. This was no problem for them. Great design and saved our trees. Follow up after pool start up has been amazing.
